Jochen Freund is a member of the Management Board of CAPITECTS. After completing studies in business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany, he obtained his first professional experience at LIFFE in London. From 1995 to 2004 he worked for Accenture, Financial Services. In 2004 Jochen Freund joined the Risk Management department at Sal. Oppenheim. In 2008 he was one of the founders of CAPITECTS.

Paolo Sironi is a member of the Management Board of CAPITECTS. He regularly chairs international conferences on risk management, structured products, financial advisory and risk technology solutions. Paolo previously held positions as director at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, where he headed risk management functions for modeling market-credit risks and for implementing risk architectures. He has also served as head for the assessment of risk-return profiles of clients’ investments. In his managing roles, Paolo has also supported and engaged regulators and policy-makers in addressing consistent changes in regulation.
